Giggle away! Christmas is over, right?! Found myself today with some unexpected time on my hands. First thought: Let’s post the recipes from the newest volume in the Cinnamah-Brosia collection, The Essence of Humility. Great idea? Not so quick. . .

Then I discovered two missing recipes from the Christmas volume: The Essence of Joy! Italian Christmas Bread or Panettone was one of them. Where do you go for the best Italian recipes?
